o Charge means a charge applicable under your Customer Contract. o Claim means any and all claims, alleged claims, actions, suits or proceedings by any person of any nature or kind, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) at common law, in equity, under statute or otherwise however arising (including by way of set off, cross-claim or counterclaim).

Related to o Charge

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such.
