  • This does not negate any statutory obligation to inform the NZTC if applicable.

  • Whilst NZTC designs programs to be a sufficient basis for the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand to grant registration and to issue a practising certificate, NZTC cannot give any reassurances to students that the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand requirements will not change and cannot therefore guarantee that every graduation and program completion will, in every case, result in registration for the student or that a provisional or full practising certificate will be issued.

  • On completion of the final Project Milestone and the delivery of the final status report, the NZTC shall provide a template close out report for the Developer to complete (with assistance from the Participants).

  • VAT is excluded from all Demands for Payment (unless otherwise agreed with the NZTC in advance, e.g. where a Developer is either partially exempt for VAT purposes or not registered for VAT – such costs would be agreed and included within the Demand for Payment template as a net cost to the Developer).

  • The Developer expressly acknowledges that the NZTC may require credit reference checks to determine whether to continue providing its Funding.

  • If the NZTC does not receive the Corresponding Funding, the other Parties shall have the right to terminate or Exit the Agreement or at each Party’s option, suspend performance of its obligations under the Agreement until such time as the Corresponding Funding is received.

  • Following discussions, the Participants, the Developer and NZTC have agreed to collaborate to undertake research and development activities in relation to the Project, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement which set out each Party’s rights, responsibilities and contributions to the Project and the Project Results.

  • The Developer can claim reasonable travel and subsistence costs for those personnel identified within the personnel section of the NZTC Demand for Payment template.

  • Funding from the NZTC cannot be used for any other Developer requirements or business needs other than what is agreed under the Agreement.

  • The NZTC shall determine in its sole discretion the value of a Party’s In-Kind Contribution.
