NZOC Agreement definition
NZOC Agreement means an agreement duly executed between the NZOC and a third party and includes but is not limited to, employment agreements, contracts for service, NZOC/National Federation Agreements where relevant, athlete and team support agreements;
NZOC Agreement means the Application, Nomination and Selection Agreement between the NZOC and NZCF for Rio 2016 Olympic Games. The rights and obligations of the NZCF as the NSO in this Agreement have been varied and assigned to CRNZ, with the approval of the NZOC, by way of a Deed. (A copy of this Deed is available from CRNZ or NZOC).
NZOC Agreement means the agreement between Cycling New Zealand and the NZOC relating to the NZ Team.
