NZ GST definition

NZ GST shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.9(c). ------
NZ GST means goods and services tax under the Goods and Services Tax ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (New Zealand) (the “NZ GST Act”).
NZ GST means goods and services tax chargeable under the NZ GST Act.

Examples of NZ GST in a sentence

  • Where applicable, the terms used in this sub-section, but not otherwise defined in this Agreement, have the meanings given to those terms in the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 ("NZ GST Act").

  • If you are located in New Zealand and wish to submit transactable Offers to the Commercial Marketplace for distribution by Microsoft (or any sub-agents appointed in accordance with Section 5(a) of this Agreement) as your agent or commissionaire, you: (1) are required to be registered for New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (“NZ GST”); and (2) must affirm that you are NZ GST registered when setting up your Publisher Account.

  • If you are located in New Zealand and wish to submit paid Products to the Stores for distribution by Microsoft (or any sub-agents appointed in accordance with Section 5(a) of this Agreement) as your agent or commissionaire, you: (a) are required to be registered for New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (“NZ GST”) and (b) must affirm that you are NZ GST registered when setting up your Publisher Account.

  • If you are located in New Zealand and wish to submit paid Products to the Store for distribution by Microsoft (or any sub- agents appointed in accordance with Section 4(a) of this Agreement) as your agent or commissionaire, you: (i) are required to be registered for New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (“NZ GST”) and (ii) must affirm that you are NZ GST registered when setting up your Partner Center Account.

  • Customer agrees that: (A) for the purposes of Section 60(1AB) of the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 (“NZ GST Act”) MSNZ is treated as making the supply of the services to Customers in the course and furtherance of a taxable activity; and (B) for the purposes of Section 60(1B) of the NZ GST Act that the services are treated for the purposes of the NZ GST Act as a supply of services from MSNZ to the Customers, treating MSNZ as if it were the principal for the purpose of the supply.

  • This Section 4.12(b) does not apply to Transfer Taxes or NZ GST as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, which are the sole obligation of the Buyer under the provisions of Section 4.12(f) and Section 4.13.

  • Scentsy will collect and remit NZ GST on your behalf, according to the applicable NZ GST rate.

  • All orders that you submit will include applicable Goods and Service tax (NZ GST) in accordance with the applicable Goods and Services Tax Act (NZ GST Act).

  • If you are registered for NZ GST and choose not to execute the BCTI agreement, IR requires you to send Scentsy a valid tax invoice for any commissions due to you; this may delay payment of your commission.
