NYSUT definition

NYSUT as used in this Agreement shall mean the New York State United Teachers and the authorized representatives thereof.

  • The District shall provide for the payroll deduction from unit members for the NYSUT Benefit Trust.

  • The College shall deduct, from the wages of each employee requesting such deduction, an amount determined by NYSUT Member Benefits Trust as the regular dues for NYSUT Member Benefits Trust endorsed programs*.

  • The District will provide bargaining unit members an opportunity to participate in the NYSUT Member Benefits Vision Plan offered by NYSUT Member Benefits.

  • Such deductions of dues shall be based upon data supplied by NYSUT Member Benefits Trust.

  • All Teaching Standards as outlined in the NYSUT Teaching Practice Rubric will be evaluated over the course of a school year.

  • Consistent with, and as set forth in Article 18A (Fringe Benefits), and when properly authorized in writing by the teacher, payroll deductions shall be made by the District for any one or more of the following: Credit Union, Payroll Savings, Tax Sheltered Accounts, United Way/Combined Health Appeal, VOTE/COPE, NYSUT Benefit Trust, Savings Bonds, Little Apples Child Care, and any others which the parties mutually agree upon in writing.
