NYID definition

NYID means the New York State Insurance Department.
NYID shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.

  • In such event Equitable will have right to amend this agreement if necessary to respond to the objections raised by the NYID.

  • The shares of Common Stock so purchased upon the exercise of the Warrants will not be subject to any restrictions on transfer or voting thereof under the Investment Agreement or the NYID Letter.
