This hearing requirement shall not apply to and is not intended as a forum for initiating or negotiating policy changes between a group or groups of Tenants and the Owner or NYCHA as the contract administrator.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Tenant has a dog or cat legally registered with NYCHA as of the date this Lease is signed, Tenant shall be permitted to keep such dog or cat on the premises.
The Monitor shall periodically (but at least quarterly) convene a Community Advisory Committee, consisting of NYCHA stakeholders such as NYCHA’s Resident Advisory Board; resident, community, and employee representatives; senior NYCHA managers; and other relevant stakeholders to solicit input regarding the achievement of the Agreement’s purpose.
