All written grievances, requests for review, and arbitration notices must be submitted in writing on forms attached to this Agreement as Appendices C, D, E, and F respectively, and shall be signed by the grievant.

To the extent they apply, the Company waives compliance by NWIP with the provisions of the "bulk sales" law of any state including, without limitation, the provisions of Article 6 of the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in any applicable state.
