Once the Provider has properly paid a NWEP Host Payment in accordance with clauses 98.9A and 98.9B, the Provider may submit a claim for Reimbursement in the Department's IT Systems for no more than the same amount as the NWEP Host Payment paid to the relevant Activity Host Organisation, in accordance with the requirements specified in any Guidelines.
