NVT Trial definition
NVT Trial means an evaluation trial of commercially bred crops. Party means a party to this Agreement. Research means the research utilising the NVT Resources to be undertaken by the Licensee, as further described in Item 5 of the Schedule. Resource Request Form means the document completed by the Licensee and approved by GRDC, attached at Annexure A of the Schedule and forming part of the Schedule. Term has the meaning defined in clause 2.1. Trial Service Provider means a service provider engaged by GRDC to provide services in relation to the NVT Trials.
