  • The Company and the Selling Shareholders have appointed the book running lead managers to the Offer, namely ICICI Securities Limited, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (formerly known as Edelweiss Securities Limited) and ITI Capital Limited (A part of The Investment Trust of India Limited Group) (together, the “Lead Managers” or the “BRLMs”) to manage the Offer on such terms and conditions, as agreed with them.

  • Pursuant to the Transfer all correspondences/communications filed prior to the Transfer in the name of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited (SEBI Registration Number INM0000010650) in relation to the Offer are transferred to Nuvama (SEBI Registration Number INM000013004) without any further action being undertaken by any of the Parties.
