NUTRITIONAL PRODUCT definition

NUTRITIONAL PRODUCT or "PRODUCT" means any nutrition product, nutritional or dietary supplement or related materials, nutritional food or other nutritional products of any description, including but not limited to nutritional products in the form of capsules, tablets, powders, liquids, bars and other forms and whether packaged in any and all manners.

Related to NUTRITIONAL PRODUCT

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Pharmaceutical Product shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(hh).

  • Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.
