NUS Business definition
NUS Business means the Business of Seller, Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. and/or their respective controlled Affiliates and parent entities and their respective successors and assigns (other than the Company and its Subsidiaries) as of the date of this Agreement and/or the Closing Date.
