Nursing plan definition
Nursing plan means a plan of care developed for the student consistent with the standards of nursing con- duct or practice set out in department of health regulations, WAC 246-840-700 et seq. The nursing plan implements the medication or treatment order.
Nursing plan means the plan that is developed by the registered nurse based on an Individual’s initial nursing assessment, reassessment, or updates made to a nursing assessment as a result of monitoring visits. The Nursing Plan must describe all licensed nursing services the Individual shall receive and be pursuant to the Individual’s Service Plan.
