Nurse Line definition

Nurse Line means a 24-hour, 7 days a week nurse advice line, staffed with licensed registered nurses who access a health information protocol system to provide non-diagnostic assessments, triage, health information, education, home treatment options, and authorization of referrals to emergency room, urgent care facilities, and/or physician offices.
