NUP definition

NUP means the Borrower’s policy on urbanization of December 2015 that ensures urban physical development is carried out in a well-coordinated manner to create a functional network of development poles and livable, inclusive green urban environment objectively to transform the country’s economy and improve the socio-economic conditions for all.
NUP means a partner, not listed in this Agreement, that may contribute to master classes and other activities such as providing a placement within the Programme, including but not limited to schools, colleges, policy units, NGOs, cultural institutions and business communities;

Examples of NUP in a sentence

  • The School shall respond to the NUP within 10 business days, unless an extension is agreed to by the Authorizer.

  • After receiving the School’s response to the NUP, the Authorizer may require the School to present a Corrective Action Plan that addresses the identified deficiencies; provided that if the unsatisfactory review and School’s response to the NUP warrants revocation, the Authorizer may begin revocation procedures.

  • The Net Utility Plant (NUP) will be multiplied by FCR then divided by total annual kWh’s sold by GUC.

  • A bor- rower may use Multiparty Lump Sum Quotations to award contracts in amounts of up to a cumulative total of $750,000 or one percent of NUP (not to exceed $5,000,000), whichever is greater, per calendar year of headquarters con- struction (including minor modifica- tions or improvements).

  • For purposes of making such allocations, the costs attributable to NUP involving a sale, easement, lease or similar arrangement shall be determined on the basis of a fair allocation of value, which may include determinations based upon square meters/feet of the area encumbered by the NUP lease or easement relative to the total area acquired or constructed if all such area is of approximately equal value.

  • A rail right of way will not be treated as NUP solely as a result of a Freight Use Easement retained by the seller of the right of way to RECIPIENT, provided that the sales agreement appropriately excludes the Freight Use Easement from the property or rights being acquired.
