Nuisance Behavior. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or other nuisances will result in the pet’s removal from the Park. No refunds will be issued. ● Clean-Up Rules: ○ Owners must immediately clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in designated trash receptacles. ○ Failure to clean up will result in a $25 fine per incident. If park staff must clean up after your pet, the fine increases to $50.
