Nuggets must promptly notify the Customer if, in its opinion, the Customer’s instruction would not comply with the Data Protection Legislation.

Provisioning includes training and guidance throughout the Customer’s integration of Nuggets Services on the Customer Website(s), App or Contact Centre.
