Nuclear Group definition

Nuclear Group means a group of nuclear generating facilities in New York State, consisting of the Facility and the Nine Mile Facility; provided that the “Nuclear Group” shall also include the XxxxXxxxxxx Facility if the XxxxXxxxxxx Facility comes under Common Ownership with the Facility and the Nine Mile Facility.
