Closing Plumas Share Value means the volume-weighted average trading price of one share of Plumas Common Stock for the ten (10) day period in which the Nasdaq Stock Market is open for trading ending on the last such day immediately preceding the Closing Date, calculated using volumes as report on the Nasdaq Stock Market during its normal market hours.
