NTL SPA definition
NTL SPA means the sale and purchase agreement entered into on or about the date of this Agreement between, inter alia, NTL and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ SPV for the acquisition by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ SPV of the entire issued share capital of NTL Communications (Ireland) Limited and NTL Irish Networks Limited;
