NTB ACQUISITION DOCUMENTS means the NTB Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto, and all the related documents and instruments executed pursuant thereto, including, without limitation, any side letters or other agreements affecting the terms of the NTB Acquisition Agreement.
