NTAC definition

NTAC means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Examples of NTAC in a sentence

  • NYPA's recovery pursuant to NTAC is limited as described in Attachment H to the ISO OATT.

  • This Agreement is further premised on each Investor-Owned Transmission Owner being authorized to fully recover the NTAC charged to its transmission and retail customers and that any necessary regulatory approvals for such full recovery will be granted by the PSC and FERC.

  • The New York State Loads, Wheels Through, and Exports will be billed based on the product of: (i) the NTAC; and (ii) the Customer’s billing units for the Billing Period.

  • Beginning with LBMP implementation, the monthly NTAC shall be posted on the OASIS by the ISO no later than the fifteenth day of each month or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible but in no event later than the 20th of the month to become effective on the first day of the next calendar month.
