NSW Code definition

NSW Code means the Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Distribution Networks established by Ministerial Order on 18 April 1997 pursuant to Section 31 of the Gas Supply Act.
NSW Code means the NSW Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement dated 18 January 2005, updated 7 November 2013, as amended or updated from time to time;
NSW Code means the New South Wales Government's Code of Practice for Procurement;
