NSW Act definition

NSW Act means the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW) or succeeding Act.
NSW Act means the NSW Mental Health Xxx 0000, including any regulations and orders made under that Act (but for the purposes of this Agreement a reference to the NSW Act does not, unless expressly provided, include a reference to the ACT Act on the basis that the ACT Act has been declared a corresponding law under that Act);

  • A provision of an agreement or contract that purports to exclude, limit or modify the operation of this part or the NSW Act has no effect.

  • Section 43 states that disputes about claims must be decided in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Act 1984 (NSW) (the NSW Act) as in force from time to time.

  • An action does not lie against the Territory, New South Wales, the director-general or a person engaged in the administration of this Act or the NSW Act, for the reliability of any information given by the director-general or an administrator in relation to a matter that may be recorded under the NSW Act, section 5 (3).
