NSPA definition

NSPA means the Recipient’s National Social Protection Agency, or any successor thereto.
NSPA means a body established by the NRLLG under the Organic Law on Provincial and Local Level Governments (1995) and the Local Level Government Administration A▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. “Parties”- means the parties to this Agreement.
