NSP Loan definition

NSP Loan means, as to each Home, the loan to be provided by a City Party to Participant for the Project Expenses for the Home, as more fully explained in Section 4 of this Agreement.

NSP Loan means the loan from the Town’s NSP/DAP Funds in the amount of  [*** INSERT LOAN AMOUNT***], which amount is in compliance with the permitted limits for loans of NSP/DAP Funds set forth in the Procedures Manual, to assist the Qualified Homebuyer with the acquisition of the Home.
