The Contractor shall defend, indemnify and hold NSICT harmless from and against all liability , damage, losses, claims, costs, penalties, suits or actions, and from any and all loss, cost and any related expense for any personal injury, property damage and/or death suffered by any third party and any claim against NSICT for any loss or liability ensuing out of or resulting from, in whole or in part, a default, negligence or willful misconduct by the Contractor.
The payment to the contractor shall be as per monthly bills submitted to NSICT by the 5th of every calendar month giving details of the Tractor-Trailers provided in the previous month, in a format approved by NSICT within 15 days from receipt of invoice.

To qualify for the NSICT QHSE licence the contractor must under go safety induction course conducted by NSICT – QHSE department and must be found to be competent.
NSICT AND CONTRACTOR HAVE EXECUTED THIS AGREEMENT IN THE NAME AND ON BEHALF OF EACH ON THE DATE FIRST SET FORTH ABOVE.
Personnel & The personnel deployed by the contractor at NSICT protective should wear Safety Helmet (RED), Overall (High Visibility equipment (PPE) Color), Safety shoes.
