  • Employees and members of the NSHE shall not receive any compensation, in any manner or form, nor have any vested interest, directly or indirectly, of any kind or nature inconsistent with loyal service to the public.

  • Where the NSHE uses the original contract in order to obtain quantity pricing or other competitive discounts, the original contract is not liable for the obligations of the NSHE.
