  • These annual reports pertain only to expenditures that are directly attributable to the NSHE prime contract.

  • Where the NSHE uses the original contract in order to obtain quantity pricing or other competitive discounts, the original contract is not liable for the obligations of the NSHE.

  • It is suggested NSHE institutions refer to this report for guidance in addressing local needs.

  • Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.

  • You/Your means the person who owns or leases the Covered Equipment and any person to whom the Policy is transferred pursuant to clause 11.
