NSH Option definition

NSH Option means the option granted to the Corporation by NCG Holders, pursuant to the NCG SPA, as more particularly described in “The Acquisitions – The Organa Brands Acquisition”.
NSH Option means the option granted to the Purchaser by the owners of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock and preferred stock of NSH, affording the Purchaser the right to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock and preferred stock of NSH held by them pursuant to the terms of the NSH Option Agreement.

Related to NSH Option

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.
