However, NSFAS will be entitled at its absolute discretion and at any time to cede, assign, transfer or delegate any or all of its rights and obligations under this agreement to any natural or juristic person of its choice.
The student will not be entitled to cede, assign, transfer or delegate any of his/ her rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of NSFAS.
