NSF Payment definition

NSF Payment means any ▇▇▇▇ payment processed by the Service Provider for and on behalf of an End User that is not funded due to insufficient funds in the Billable Account or is not funded for any other reason outside the Service Provider’s control.

  • If a check tendered by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is returned for insufficient funds, uncollected funds or stopped payment (“NSF Payment”), Lessee shall reimburse Lessor all charges assessed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s bank, and Lessor shall not be required to provide any notice to Lessee of the NSF Payment or an opportunity to cure.

  • Tariff Payment means the payments to be made under Monthly Bills as referred to in Article 10 and the relevant Supplementary Bills;
