NSCT definition

NSCT means the Nouvelle Société Cotonnière du Togo, a cotton ginning and marketing company established in the Recipient’s territory pursuant to Decree No. 2009-011/PR of January 23, 2009.

  • Thirty (30) minutes/daily shall be for Non- Student Contact Time (NSCT).

  • For purposes of this agreement, for Compensation to be provided in Stock Options, the Company will take the average closing price of NSCT common stock for the last 5 trading days before the end of a period, and this will be called the current share price of NSC stock.

  • No premium shall be paid under the Bond unless the board of trustees of each of NSC-Master, NSC and NSC-T, including a majority of the Independent Trustees, shall approve the portion of the premium to be paid by NSC-Master, NSC and NSC-T, as applicable, on behalf of each Insured.

  • Adoption by the main stakeholders of a regulatory framework for the cotton sector that specifies the roles, responsibilities and obligations of sector stakeholders and mechanisms to ensure representation of local producers within the governing board of the NSCT.

  • A copy of this Agreement, and any amendment hereto, shall be filed with the SEC by each of NSC-Master, NSC and NSC-T within 10 days after receipt by NSC-Master, NSC and NSC-T, as applicable, of an executed copy of the Bond.
