The NSCP component of the funding identified in Item 8 of the Agreement Schedule must be applied so that the School receives a minimum 400 hours of Chaplaincy Services annually.
This Agreement will support the wellbeing of Australian school students through the delivery of the National School Chaplaincy Program (NSCP).
The Commonwealth's contribution to each State for NSCP school funding is up to the maximum amount in Table 2.
The States may use up to 3% of their funding for administration of the NSCP.

Any such further Term: will be on the same terms and conditions as this Agreement, except that the Items forming part of the Agreement Schedule will be negotiated between the Parties at the time of extension and the option to extend the Term under clause 2.3(a) will not apply to such further Term; and is conditional on the School obtaining a further grant of NSCP funding equivalent to the amount specified in Item 8 of the Agreement Schedule.
