NRoSS definition
NRoSS or “nRoSS system” shall refer to an integrated web-based information system owned, operated and maintained by the BTr. It shall function as the main platform to manage, implement, and execute the primary origination, servicing, settlement, exchange and registry operations for government securities. The functions, mandate, data, and record of the existing Registry of Scripless Securities (▇▇▇▇) and the Automated Debt Auction Processing System (ADAPS) of the BTr shall be integrated and form part of the nRoSS system.
NRoSS means the National Registry of Scripless Securities. All references to “RoSS” in the Program Mechanics shall be deemed reference to “NRoSS” and vice versa;
