NRLV definition

NRLV. The net recovery value (liquidation value) of Inventory expressed as a percentage of the cost of such Inventory, as determined by the Lender in its discretion based upon the most recent Inventory appraisal available to the Lender conducted by an appraiser reasonably acceptable to the Lender.
NRLV means at any time of determination thereof, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of the net retail liquidation value of Borrowers’ Inventory divided by the retail value of such Inventory, all as set forth in the most recent appraisal delivered to, and approved by Agent.
NRLV means the net appraised retail liquidation value of the Borrowers’ Inventory (expressed as a percentage of the Cost of such Inventory) as determined from time to time by an independent appraiser engaged by the Administrative Agent.

  • The Cost of Eligible Inventory (net of Inventory Reserves) multiplied by the Inventory Advance Rate, not to exceed 85% of the NRLV.
