A Paraprofessional (Deaf/Hard of Hearing) or Interpreter/Transliterator who is certified by the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (NRID) will be paid a supplement of $8.36 per hour.
Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Seaplane means a fixed wing aircraft which is designed for taking off and landing on water and includes amphibians operated as seaplanes;
Electric bicycle means a "class 1 electric bicycle," a "class 2 electric bicycle," or a "class 3 electric bicycle" as defined in this section.
aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;
Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.
