NRFR definition

NRFR means Natural Resource Fuel Reformer technology owned by ECC and all current and future applications, modifications and enhancements thereto. The NRFR, as it pertains to this Agreement, is for application to automobiles, SUV's, light trucks, marine and recreational vehicles powered by gasoline internal combustion engines.

  • OTP means One Time Password which will be sent to customers registered mobile and valid for that particular transaction.

  • mixed financial holding company means a mixed financial holding company as defined in point (21) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;

  • Performing Common Equity means Capital Stock (other than Preferred Stock) and warrants of an issuer all of whose outstanding debt is Performing.
