NRE Services definition

NRE Services means non-recurring engineering services.
NRE Services means the development and related engineering services provided by IAC during the NPI process. The services shall not include non-engineering related activities, such as facility costs, materials costs, direct labor costs, etc.

Examples of NRE Services in a sentence

  • All NRE Services provided pursuant to this Supply Agreement shall be in accordance with the Research and Development Agreement entered into between the parties concurrently herewith.

  • Purchase orders for NRE Services will be deemed accepted by IBM unless rejected in writing by IBM, specifying the reasons for rejection, within fourteen (14) calendar days after IBM's receipt of such purchase order.

  • Section 4.9 of the Bancard Disclosure Schedule lists all material contracts and other agreements to which Bancard is a party.

  • The Parties shall negotiate in good faith the terms and conditions and any applicable pricing for such NRE Services.

  • SEPAC shall render the NRE Services in compliance with all applicable laws, in accordance with generally accepted engineering standards and practices, and pursuant to the specifications (if any) described by Customer in the Order.

  • In the event of any material failure to meet such standard, Customer’s exclusive remedy and SEPAC’s sole responsibility shall be for SEPAC to re-perform the NRE Services or, if in SEPAC’s discretion it is not commercially reasonable to re-perform the NRE Services, provide Customer with a refund of the fees paid by Customer in respect of such non-conforming NRE Services.

  • SEPAC will submit an invoice(s) listing a description of the NRE Services provided.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, prior to the execution of any Schedule or statement of work involving non-recurring engineering services (“NRE Services”), Consultant and AOL shall work together to prepare a detailed proposal for NRE Services, which proposal shall include, without limitation, all major assumptions on which the NRE Services are based (e.g., pricing, use and applicability of NRE Services, etc.).

  • SEPAC warrants that it will render the NRE Services in a good and workmanlike manner.

Related to NRE Services

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Healthcare services means any services included in the furnishing to any individual of medical, podiatric, or dental care, or hospitalization, or incident to the furnishing of that care or hospitalization, and the furnishing to any person of any and all other services for the purpose of preventing, alleviating, curing, or healing human illness, injury, or physical disability. Medically Necessary means medical, surgical, or other services required for the prevention, diagnosis, cure, or treatment of a health-related condition, including such services necessary to prevent a decremental change in either medical or mental health status. Originating Site means a site at which a patient is located at the time Healthcare Services are provided to them by means of telemedicine, which can be include a patient's home where Medically Necessary and Clinically Appropriate. Store-and-forward Technology means the technology used to enable the transmission of a patient's medical information from an Originating Site to the Healthcare Provider at the Distant Site without the patient being present. Telemedicine means the delivery of clinical Healthcare Services by use of real time, two-way synchronous audio, video, telephone-audio-only communications or electronic media or other telecommunications technology including, but not limited to: online adaptive interviews, remote patient monitoring devices, audiovisual communications, including the application of secure video conferencing and store-and-forward technology to provide or support healthcare delivery, which facilitate the assessment, diagnosis, counseling and prescribing treatment, and care management of a patient’s health care while such patient is at an Originating Site and the Healthcare Provider is at a Distant Site, consistent with applicable federal laws and regulations. “Telemedicine” does not include an email message or facsimile transmission between a Provider and patient, or an automated computer program used to diagnose and/or treat ocular or refractive conditions.   • Child care services means the range of activities and programs provided by a certificate holder to an enrolled child, including personal care, supervision, education, guidance, and transportation.

  • Primary care services means the services in respect of which NHS England has a duty or power to make arrangements pursuant to the Primary Care Functions;
