  • This Part 1 of the Agreement is made and entered into by EPA Region 8, NPS, NRDP, and the DEQ pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 9604, 40 C.F.R. §§ 300.505, and 300.515, and by NPS pursuant to 16 U.S.C. §§ 1 et.

  • The PROJECT SPONSOR shall not assign, transfer or subcontract any portion of this agreement without the express written consent of the NRDP.
