  • The successful tenderer, upon issue of letter of acceptance, in addition to execution of an agreement on a non judicial stamp paper of appropriate value, shall also be required to furnish an irrevocable Performance Bank Guarantee of requisite amount to the Chief Engineer (Engineering), NRDA in the Performa annexed to the tender document, within 7 days of the issue of the letter of acceptance /award of Tender by the NRDA.
