NRBC weapons definition
NRBC weapons. ’ means any weapon or device used as a weapon which utilizes nuclear fission or fusion, radioactivity with potential to cause effects on human health, toxic chemicals or biological agents. ‘‘An NRBC event’’ means any use of a nuclear, radiological, biological or chemical weapon. It also means a situation in which there is a high probability of use of such weapons. It includes accidental release of NRBC materials in the event of an attack with conventional weapons on an NRBC facility, as well as allegations of use.
