NRAP definition

NRAP or the “Program” means the National Rural Access Program of the Recipient adopted through Budget Decree 1385 dated May 3, 2006, which has as its aim the creation of infrastructure for the improvement of access of rural people to economic and social opportunities, healthcare services and education facilities, which program is financed in part by the Grant and the ▇▇▇-financed National Emergency Rural Access Project (Grant No. H344-AF).
