NQSOs definition
NQSOs means options to acquire Company Common Stock granted pursuant to the Stock Option Plan which do not meet the requirements of section 422 of the Code.

NQSOs means all stock options for the purchase of Shares issued pursuant to this Plan which are not ISOs.
NQSOs. The Committee approved an extension to the length of time you have available to exercise any vested but unexercised NQSO’s. You have the shorter of up to the expiration date, or nine months following your last day of employment with RadiSys to exercise any vested but unexercised NQSO’s.
