Examples of NQAC in a sentence

  • Such agreed test methods will either be based on Nestlé’s usual methods as may be amended by NQAC Dubai from time to time, or on methods requested by Customer unless additional specifications and documentation provided by Customer are approved by NQAC Dubai in writing prior to the commencement of the Testing Services.

  • For clarity, NQAC Dubai shall have no obligation to provide the Testing Services in accordance with any additional specifications or documentation provided by Customer.

  • Customer is solely liable for any fees, or taxes which NQAC Dubai may be required to pay or collect, under any existing or future law, upon or with respect to the Testing Services, and Customer agrees to pay the amount thereof on the same terms as it shall pay the fees.

  • NQAC Dubai will rely on information, including but not limited to any Sample, supplied by Customer in rendering the Testing Services.

  • To the extent NQAC Dubai agrees, in its sole discretion, to retail the Sample for the Period agreed, NQAC Dubai reserves the right to charge Customer additional fees.

  • Customer undertakes to cooperate with NQAC Dubai and to provide it with all appropriate and accurate information, including but not limited to any Sample, in a timely manner to enable NQAC Dubai to perform the Testing Services.

  • Because of numerous factors affecting results, NQAC Dubai makes no other warranty of any kind with regard to the Testing Services or the results set forth in the reports generated in connection therewith, either express or implied.

  • The Testing Services results assume the accuracy of such information and that Customer is entitled and has all necessary and required authorizations and licenses to share such information with NQAC Dubai and to appoint NQAC Dubai to perform the Testing Services.

  • This then needs to be approved by NQAC Dubai in writing prior to, or at the time of, Customer’s Sample submission or before Sample disposal.

  • Customer may not assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer this Agreement in whole or in part or any of its related rights or obligations without NQAC Dubai’s prior written consent.
