  • Condition 4.2 (a) does not apply where SFNSW has received a direction in writing from NPWS that certain specified documents that reveal the location of a threatened species are not to be disclosed.

  • Where a record has been on the NPWS Atlas of NSW Wildlife for greater than ten years, it may be reviewed by SFNSW as to whether it can be omitted from triggering requirements for protective measures.
