NPTA definition

NPTA means the Borrower’s National Procurement Tender Administration established under section 16 (1) of the Procurement Act (as hereinafter defined);

  • Vacancies on the Committee shall be filled before the next meeting in the following manner: Teacher vacancies will be filled by NPTA co-presidential appointment; management representative vacancies will be filled by appointment of the School Board or its authorized representative.
