If any payment shall be due on a day that is not a business day, such payment shall be due and payable on the next business day and interest shall accrue to such day.
Cash Available for Distribution means the Available Cash other than Net Sales Proceeds.
Adjusted Operating Cash Flow means the net cash provided by operating activities of the Company as reported in the Company’s consolidated statements of cash flows included in its Annual Report on Form 10-K, adjusted to eliminate the effect on operating cash flows of net customer financing cash flows, as reported in the Company’s consolidated statements of cash flows included in its Annual Report on Form 10-K.
Adjusted Cash Flow means, for any period (the “calculation period”), the sum, for the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis without duplication in accordance with GAAP), of the following: (a) Operating Cash Flow for the calculation period minus (b) Capital Expenditures made during the calculation period (excluding Capital Expenditures made from the proceeds of Indebtedness other than Indebtedness hereunder).
Average Availability means, with respect to any period, the sum of the aggregate amount of Availability for each Business Day in such period (calculated as of the end of each respective Business Day) divided by the number of Business Days in such period.
