NPOC definition

NPOC means the National Project Oversight Committee, an inter-ministerial committee established by the Recipient, and to be maintained as provided for in Paragraph A.1 (b) of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, to provide policy guidance and oversight at the national level and resolve inter-ministerial issues related to the Project.
