The purchase price of special accessories in excess of that needed to reasonably equip [***] ([***]) vehicles per store, as well as special accessories for prior model year vehicles, will be as mutually agreed between the Buyer and the respective Seller. It is understood and agreed that the Buyer shall have no obligation to purchase, and the Sellers shall have no obligation to sell, any item addressed in this Section 4.2 for which the price must be mutually agreed between the Buyer and the Sellers if an agreed upon price cannot be determined for such item.
